SPOREBelieve it or not, this word will fill out teenagers' mind in the coming five years. SPORE is a online/offline 3D game designed by EA Inc. It is a combination of Diablo/Civilization/World of Warcraft/Sim/SimCity. Best game ever done by EA and Will Wright. Users can create creature with excellent 3D model components by themselves. These creatures will live in a universe where physical environment is simulated to a great extent, while lots of the planet and every little piece are designed by you guys! Miraculous! year after Disneyland made its first inroad into the Chinese market
through Disneyland Hong Kong, the theme park is now planning a US$3.75
billion park in Shanghai that will be four times the size of the Hong
Kong site. An AFP report yesterday quoted an official as saying that the city has already begun preparations for the park. “Everything is in the early stages of preparation,” the official, who works with the city’s planning and construction department, told the wire agency. “We are waiting for the approval from the State Council,” said the official, adding that the city was confident that it would win government approval for the project. The official, who gave his surname as Tang, confirmed that the complex would be worth the estimated US$3.75 billion but declined to provide further details. China Daily reported that the plans for the park include a new subway line, expressways, and even a link to the Pudong International Airport. The daily even reported that the government had begun relocating residents in the area in preparation for construction, a report that city officials were quick to deny. So far, media reports have stated that the construction of Shanghai Disneyland will begin in 2008.
